• Account information. Email address, name or display name, and authentication credentials when you create an account.
• Profile and onboarding data.Information you share during onboarding, such as your goals, focus areas, preferences, and lifestyle context.
• Content you create. Goals, tasks, routines, plans, journal entries, mentor chat messages, and saved resources.
• Calendar data. If you connect Google or Apple Calendar, we access only the calendar data needed to schedule and display your plans, with the permissions you grant.
• Usage and device data. App interactions, feature usage, device type, operating system, app version, crash logs, and approximate location derived from IP address.
• Purchase data. Subscription status and transaction identifiers provided by the app store. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

We use your information to:

• Provide, personalize, and maintain the Service, including AI-generated plans and mentor responses;
• Sync your tasks and routines with connected calendars;
• Process subscriptions and manage your account;
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests;
• Analyze usage to improve features, performance, and security;
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your journal entries or private content for advertising.

Some features use third-party artificial intelligence providers to generate plans, feedback, and mentor responses. When you use these features, relevant content (such as your goals or messages) is processed by these providers under contractual data-protection obligations, solely to deliver the feature to you. We do not permit our providers to use your content to train their models where such controls are available.

We share information only in these circumstances:

• Service providers. With vendors who host our infrastructure, provide AI processing, analytics, or customer support, bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
• Integrations you enable. With services like Google or Apple Calendar, only as needed to provide the sync you requested.
• Legal requirements. When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Evulo, our users, or others.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it for legal, accounting, or security purposes. Backup copies are removed on their normal rotation schedule.

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work continuously to protect your data and will notify you of breaches where required by law.

Depending on where you live (including the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and certain US states), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@evuloapp.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

You can disconnect calendar integrations at any time in the app or through your Google or Apple account settings, and you can manage marketing communications via the unsubscribe link in our emails.

The Service is not directed to children under 16 (or the applicable age of digital consent), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, as required by applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
